The New Location at a Glance

With the limitations we have on the current facility, God has provided an opportunity to relocate to a facility that would allow us to continue to help people live the way of Jesus.  The new facility is the old St. Timothy's Catholic Church in Trenton, located at 2901 Manning Street.

FAQ

What is the time-line for moving?
The timeline is unknown. Once the purchase agreement is finalized, we will have 120 days to do our due diligence to ensure there is no catastrophic issues with the building. Once the inspections are done, we will secure funding and close on the building. The major unknown will be how long the remodel process will take.
What is the plan with our current building?
We are trusting God with the answer to this question. We want to leverage the building on Grosse Ile to help us hit our goal of being debt-free in three years, while at the same time, trusting the Lord to lead the way.
What will be the cost and debt the church will take on?
The purchase price of the building is $1,150,000. The debt the church will take on is currently unknown. Once the inspections are complete and the plans for remodeling take shape, we will have a better estimate of the total cost.
